I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I follow their Ethical Framework, which sets out the principles, values and good practice for counsellors.

Rebuilding the Connection
Couples therapy is a dedicated space for couples to explore dynamics, improve communication, and strengthen their connection through working with common issues which arise amongst couples.
Relationship therapy helps adult family members navigate conflict, repair bonds, and build more lasting, respectful communication.
